1) These tax-exempt payments apply to all Government/Municipal owned entities such as Public Schools, Universities or Performing Arts theaters. They DO NOT apply to Privately owned entities or Non-Profits.
2) Payments quoted are estimates without seeing any credit information and are subject to changes in market rates.
3) Actual monthly payments will be determined after complete review of the entity’s credit strength.
4) Rates are generally lower when several pieces of equipment are combined into a larger total package.
5) Odd length terms, deferred, seasonal, or balloon payment structures are available
6) Payments are based on Equipment Finance Agreement (borrower owns the asset at the end)
7) Call for payments on transactions under $50,000 or over $1M. 72 months subject to credit approval.
